we begin with breaking news...the milwaukee police officer who fatally shot sy- ville' smith last august, sparking two nights of unrest on the city's north side, has been arrested...and now a case unrelated to the shooting. the 5 charges filed late this morning against officer dominique heaggan- brown include 3 felonies. cbs 58's april dovorany joins us live with more... 3 we just got this criminal complaint about 20 minutes ago and were still going through it. but right now here's what we know(vo)milwaukees police officer dominique heaggen brown is facing 5 charges, including two charges of sexual assault, two charges of

criminal complaint, one day after the shooting of sycille smith- heaggen brown brought a man home who was highl intoxicated as sexually assaulted him, then dropping him off at a hospital. it appears the second situation happened in december, and involved a prostitiute. again we are still reading this complaint and will have much more for you at 4 & 5 tag meanwhile chief ed flynn will be addressing this situation today in a press conference at 3:30. stay w cbs 58 for latest. as cbs 58 it was a month ago that the wisconsin department of justice wrapped up its investigation of the august 13th officer-involved shooting of sylville smith. milwaukee county district attorney john chisholm is reviewing the report to determine whether officer dominique heaggan-brown should face charges related to the shooting. police have said smith was armed...but his family disputes those claims. we are expecting comment from

recommended to apply insect repellent and minimize time spent outdoors in the evening. a southwest airlines passenger on his way to milwaukee last night had to be restrained mid- flight after, according to the airline...he became agitated and physically threatening. the plane was traveling from new york's la guardia airport to milwaukee. the flight landed safely at general mitchell and police tell us the passenger was taken into custody for a mental health evaluation. ensuring safety for passengers and drivers on milwaukee county transit buses is one of the goals of a committee meeting today. today.cbs 58's amanda devoe joins us live with information that's new at noon..amanda? 3 mcts is getting a handle on these crimes by adding updated cameras inside and outside buses. there have been reports of spitting, fighting, death threats and other assaults against bus drivers and passengers. while mcts says
